“A ROMAN ring dating back 2,000 years is to go on display at a Rhymney Valley museum.

The silver ring, which experts say was brought to South Wales during Roman settlement in either the first or second century, has been put on permanent display at the Winding House Museum in New Tredegar.

The treasure was found by a man with a metal detector in Cefn Brithdir hills, near New Tredegar.” – Taken from Article.
